CONSISTENCY
All classes are rooted in the principles of hatha yoga and blend breath awareness with smart, functional movement. While each class is different, you will have continuity in physical experience, breath, and rest.
INTENTIONALITY
Classes are focused on functional movement patterns to support healthy aging, which means there is a purpose to each pose and its sequencing within the class.
VARIETY
No two classes are ever exactly the same in movement. This approach provides you with the variety needed to keep things interesting.
ACCESSIBILITY
Options to modify pose(s) to increase or decrease intensity based on your needs. Encouragement to explore the practice to fit your needs and your body.
CAPACITY
All classes have limited capacity to ensure I know you by name and can provide the appropriate in-class guidance.
All weekly classes are live-streamed using Zoom, an online platform for any Mac, PC, or mobile device.
