All classes are live-streamed online via Zoom

Our Classes
AWAKEN
Designed to awaken the body through an array of seated, kneeling, standing, and reclined poses, this class is a balanced mix of movement drills and foundational yoga poses to enhance range of motion, flexibility, improve balance, and build strength. This full-body experience, combined with intentional focus on breath work, makes this class a great way to start the week.

STRENGTHEN
Get ready to tap into your inner powerhouse in this energizing class. With particular emphasis on the entire core and lower body, this class mixes functional movement drills, alternating posture flows, and static yoga poses to increase stamina, build strength, and remind yourself you’re more powerful than you think.

FLOW
Start your day invigorated with this dynamic vinyasa-based class that marries breath and movement in a smart and challenging way. Expect traditional sun salutations and core strengthening poses to warm the body, before moving and breathing your way through a series of flowing poses crafted to strengthen the relationship of body and breath.

We believe everyone should have access to yoga which is why we offer a FREE basics class the last Sunday of each month. Grab your friends, family members, colleagues or neighbors, and join us on the mat.

Coffee Talk
Grab a cup of coffee (or whatever floats your boat) and join us the first Friday of each month as we explore a variety of topics on healthy aging. Each month will feature a new guest speaker and include insight into their respective field of expertise, answers to commonly asked questions, and helpful tips.
