The Library includes a variety of practice types and styles, including:

• All 5 LULOA class types you know and love (Awaken, Unwind, Strengthen, Flow, Deepen), plus functional movement based practices for Balance, Energy, Mobility & Range of Motion

• Practices vary in focus and length of time (10 - 60+ minutes)

• New practices are added each month

After subscribing to become a monthly Member of the Library, you will use the Member Login (located on the homepage of LULOA Yoga website) to access the Library.

No, these practices are for Members only. Instead, if you think someone would enjoy LULOA Library, invite them to become a member.

The Membership is $45.00 and is auto-billed on a monthly basis. You can cancel anytime.

No, class packs can only be used toward live classes, which will resume April 1, 2024. Access to LULOA Library requires a monthly subscription to become a Member.
